unexpected value

communal space well done bathroom smart space morning coffee

The communal space IS good outside of the rooms area, the bathroom IS also well done. The concept IS great and it uses space smartly. It is open, mostly light and modern. Loved little touches such as oat milk for morning coffee, and toiletries.

The radiator in the main bedroom was broken, so it was colder than i would have liked. There was another radiator in the small bedroom but it didnt heat the WHOLE place at all.

The room was clean and big, offering ample space. Comfy beds are provided to ensure restful sleep. There are also lots of little goodies provided, very thoughtful.

communal hall pool table sweets

the beds were comfy. there was a communal hall with a pool table and table tennis!!! cookies and sweets were provided. a self paying drink bar was available too.

the radiator in the main bedroom was broken, meaning it was colder than i would have liked.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

broken radiator lacking customer service

The room was clean and the location was good for accessing nearby shops.

The radiator in the main bedroom did not work, so the room was colder than I wanted. There was another radiator in the small bedroom but it didn't heat the whole place well. It was an inconvenience. I found that customer service was lacking to say the least.

fantastic stay with GAMES

perfect location pool table clean kitchen

the location was perfect for exploring. I appreciated the pool table and ping-pong table provided for entertainment. the kitchen was available for use, and I thought it was kept very clean and tidy. I appreciated that the place was very secure with codes provided on the day through text.

I noticed there were no staff onsite .

the room had tasteful simple decor ,and the beds were comfortable. I found cutlery and plates provided in my room. a small amount of coffee was there for the filter machine.

wapping wharf was within easy walking distance. the hotel's situation made access to many shops , bars and cafes convenient. i easily found a free parking spot right outside.

central location comfy room dirty kitchen deep clean

the location was central but quiet. the room was very comfy, stocked up with everything i might need.

i found the communal area and the kitchen dirty. they told me they will be performing a deep clean, but cleaning should occur after each guest. this clearly does not happen (i wish they were more diligent).
